The Behavioral Health and Data Analytics Collaborative is a behavioral health data infrastructure and learning platform developed through the partnership between Integrity Partners for Behavioral Health IPA and the University at Buffalo.

It was created to help community-based behavioral health organizations move beyond fragmented data and compliance-focused reporting by using data as a practical tool for improving care, outcomes, access, quality, and long-term sustainability.

BHDAC brings together appropriately governed behavioral health data to generate organizational, network, and statewide insights. Members can use these insights to better understand service trends, client needs, clinical outcomes, utilization patterns, and opportunities for continuous quality improvement. The long-term vision is to support a behavioral health learning system in which providers, researchers, and system leaders can identify what is working, understand where improvement is needed, and develop data-informed strategies that strengthen care for individuals and communities.
