3. What makes Integrity Partners unique?

Our statewide analytics infrastructure and HIPAA-compliant data warehouse integrate clinical, claims, and social determinants data, one of New York's most comprehensive rural behavioral health data environments. This enables earlier intervention, stronger care coordination, and confident participation in value-based care. We also unite LGUs, CBOs, and clinical providers in a way unmatched by any other BHCC or IPA in New York.

4. How does Integrity Partners support providers and counties?

We provide shared infrastructure, advanced analytics, coordinated care pathways, and quality-improvement tools that help rural systems reduce fragmentation and improve outcomes.
