Requirements

To be considered for membership to IPBH as a Network Provider, the following requirements must be met.

• Entity may be an Article 31, Article 32, Article 28, other health/social care organization, and/or Integrated clinic engaged in Medicaid billing, or behavioral health agencies engaged in Medicaid billed services.
• Generally serving in small-urban, rural communities, with the focus primarily on serving rural communities
• Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility and standing (3 years of audits and 990sare required)
• Demonstrated commonality in approach to serving clients
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement driven by strong data analytics
• Willingness to provide data for quality improvement and engage in quality improvement efforts
• History of collaboration demonstrated in IPBH New Provider Request form

Annual Membership Dues

By joining Integrity Partners for Behavioral Health IPA, your annual membership dues entitle you to all services with no additional cost, including members to the Behavioral Health Data Analytics Collaborative (BHDAC), a $15,000 value.

• $5,000 for Community-Based Providers whose budget is less than $3,000,000/year
• $7,500 for Community-Based Providers whose budget is more than $3,000,000/year
• $10,000 for Counties
• Application for New Network Providers
