The Behavioral Health and Data Analytics Collaborative (BHDAC) is a first-of-its-kind partnership between Integrity Partners for Behavioral Health IPA (IPBH) and the University at Buffalo.

Through this collaboration, IPBH members gain access to a behavioral health data warehouse that transforms real-world service data into organizational, network, and statewide insights that support continuous quality improvement, predictive analytics, personalized treatment, ethical research, improved client outcomes, and reduced costs.

Core Values

1. Better Outcomes

Everything we do is focused on improving the health, well-being, and quality of life of the individuals and families our partners serve.

2. Collaboration

We believe organizations accomplish more by learning from one another, sharing knowledge, and solving challenges together than by working in isolation.

3. Data with Purpose

Data should inform action. We transform information into practical insights that improve clinical care, operational performance, and strategic decision-making.

4. Innovation with Responsibility

We embrace emerging technologies-including artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and advanced research-while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, privacy, and security.

5. Equity

Every community deserves access to high-quality behavioral healthcare regardless of geography, organizational size, or available resources.

6. Continuous Learning

Improvement is an ongoing process. We foster curiosity, evaluation, research, and continuous quality improvement across our network.

7. Integrity

We are transparent, accountable, evidence-informed, and committed to earning the trust of our members, partners, and the communities we serve.

8. Partnership

Strong relationships with providers, universities, hospitals, state agencies, researchers, and community organizations create greater collective impact than any single organization can achieve alone.

9. Stewardship

We maximize the value of shared investments by developing scalable, sustainable infrastructure that benefits all participating organizations.

10. Person-Centered Care

Technology exists to support people. Every innovation should strengthen the relationship between providers and those they serve.
